Forterra plc ("Forterra" or the "Company"), a leading UK manufacturer of essential clay and concrete building products, is pleased to announce that, further to an earlier Announcement on 28 July 2026, Lisa Oxnard has today joined the Company as Chief Financial Officer and has been appointed to the Board as an Executive Director and as a member of the Sustainability Committee with immediate effect.

The Company also confirms, as previously announced on 11 June 2026 that Ben Guyatt has today stepped down from the Board and ceased to act as Chief Financial Officer. Ben will remain employed by the Company until 31 October 2026 to support an orderly transition and handover of responsibilities.

The Company confirms that there is no further information to be disclosed pursuant to UKLR 6.4.8R in relation to Lisa Oxnard's appointment as an Executive Director of the Company.
