Porvair, the specialist filtration, laboratory and environmental technology group, announces it has been informed of the following transactions by Directors of the Company:

Purchase of ordinary shares

Hooman Caman Javvi, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 5,567 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("ordinary shares").

James Mills, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 3,897 ordinary shares in the Company.

Following this transaction, Hooman Caman Javvi's holding in the Company is 32,445 ordinary shares, and James Mills' holding in the Company is 78,487 ordinary shares, representing 0.07% and 0.17% of the Company's issued share capital respectively.
