easyJet plc was notified by easyGroup Holdings Ltd, on 21 April 2014, of changes to the concert party shareholding of the Haji-Ioannou family, as follows:

This is to inform you that the concert party shareholding of the Haji-Ioannou family (representing Stelios, Polys and Clelia) has just crossed the integer of 36% on the way down to a new percentage shareholding of 35.68%.

The current Haji-Ioannou family shareholding now stands at 141,608,049 ordinary shares out of the total issued share capital as at 31st March 2014 of 396,819,107 ordinary shares.
