On 7 September 2026, Nicola Frampton acquired 46,211 of the Company's ordinary shares on the vesting of a share award granted on 7 September 2023. Subsequently, Nicola Frampton sold 21,797 shares to cover tax and national insurance liabilities arising on vesting.
