STRONG Q3. FURTHER 7% FY UPGRADE.


Diploma PLC, the value-add solutions group, issues a trading update for the nine months ended 30 June 2026.

 

Organic growth of 15%. Very strong Q3 performance, continuing momentum from H1.

Excellent execution in favourable market conditions in Controls, with continued double digit growth in IS Group, Clarendon, Peerless and Windy City Wire. Seals performance was a little stronger than H1. Resilient performance in challenging Life Sciences markets.

Acquisition of CDM completed on 25 June, establishing a strong US interconnect platform with attractive positions, principally in defence.

Strong acquisition pipeline and significant balance sheet headroom.

Further upgrade to FY26 guidance (at constant currency):


Organic revenue growth of 14% - up from 12%


Acquisitions announced to date add 6% to reported growth - unchanged


Operating margin of c.26.5% - up from c.25%

 

Operating profit growth of c.42%, representing a further c.7% upgrade to consensus1.
