Diploma PLC (the "Company") has been notified that on 16 July 2026, Katie Bickerstaffe, Senior Independent Director of the Company, purchased 180 Ordinary Shares in the Company. Following this transaction, Katie Bickerstaffe's total shareholding is 2,477 Ordinary Shares.

The Company has also been notified that on 16 July 2026, Wilson Ng, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, purchased 424 Ordinary Shares in the Company. Following this transaction, Wilson Ng's total shareholding is 5,821 Ordinary Shares.

The Company has also been notified that on 17 July 2026, Mandy Gradden, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 1,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company. Following this transaction, Mandy Gradden's total shareholding is 1,000 Ordinary Shares.
