Digitalbox plc, the mobile-first digital media business, which owns leading websites Entertainment Daily, The Daily Mash, The Poke, The Tab and TV Guide, announces that it has identified Cooper Parry Group Limited (Cooper Parry) as its preferred successor auditor and is progressing appointment procedures, including regulatory and independence checks, effective for the financial year ending 31 December 2026. This follows a tender review process which was overseen by the audit committee.

Accordingly, the Board has accepted the resignation of its current auditor HaysMac LLP (HaysMac). In accordance with Section 519 of the Companies Act 2006, HaysMac has confirmed to the Company that there are no circumstances connected with its resignation as auditor that should be brought to the attention of the members or creditors of the Company.
