Change of name and TIDM

DeFi Development Corporation UK PLC (LSE: DFDV), a Main Market listed company which offers an AI agent platform that enables businesses to automate tasks through the use of specialised digital workers for sales, recruitment and research and has adopted a Solana focused digital asset treasury strategy, is pleased to announce that the Company has changed its name and will trade under its new name DeFi Development Corporation UK PLC with effect from 12 January 2026.

In addition, with effect from 13 January 2026, the Company's TIDM will be amended from "CYK" to "DFDV" on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.

The decision to change name to DeFi Development Corporation UK PLC reflects the Company's continued development of its Solana focused digital asset treasury strategy as previously announced on 28 August 2025. The "Cykel" trading name will continue to be used for the Company's AI agent activities.

In addition, the Company's website address will also change to www.defidevcorp.co.uk.

Shareholders should note that their shareholdings will be unaffected by the change of name. Existing share certificates should be retained as they will remain valid for all purposes and no new share certificates will be issued.

The Company's ISIN and SEDOL will remain unchanged. The Company's Legal Entity Identifier remains 213800QEO6L6JAS62H02.
