Director/PDMR Share Purchases

Cambridge Cognition Holdings plc (AIM: COG), the neuroscience technology company, was informed on 18 September 2026 that, on the same day, Nick Rodgers, Non-Executive Chair of the Company, purchased 19,000 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 27.4 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Nick Rodgers holds an interest in 98,892 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.18% of the Company's issued share capital.
