The Company announces that Carl Herberger, Chief Executive Officer of Corero, has purchased 227,272 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 15.28 pence per ordinary share of 1 pence each (“Ordinary Shares”). Following this purchase, Carl Herberger has a total beneficial interest in 2,062,394 Ordinary Shares equivalent to 0.4% per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
