BTG announces that during the period Tuesday, 1 September 2026 to Friday, 4 September 2026, Peel Hunt LLP ("Peel Hunt"), purchased on behalf of the Company ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as set out in the table below, pursuant to the share repurchase programme announced on 12 May 2026.

BTG intends to cancel all of the purchased shares. Following settlement of the above purchases and cancellation of the purchased Ordinary Shares, the Company's total number of Ordinary Shares in issue, and its total voting rights, will be 230,221,767 Ordinary Shares. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.
In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (as incorporated into UK domestic law by the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018), the schedule below contains detailed information about the purchases made by Peel Hunt on behalf of the Company as part of the buyback programme.
