BTG announces that on 8 October 2025, it purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of £0.01 each (the "Ordinary Shares") on the London Stock Exchange from Peel Hunt LLP ("Peel Hunt"), in accordance with the terms of the Share Buyback Programme announced on 15 August 2025 (the "Buyback Programme").

Following settlement of the above purchases and cancellation of the purchased Ordinary Shares, the Company's total number of Ordinary Shares in issue, and its total voting rights, will be 239,380,186 Ordinary Shares. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.
In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (as incorporated into UK domestic law by the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018), the schedule below contains detailed information about the purchases made by Peel Hunt on behalf of the Company as part of the Buyback Programme.
