PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES

The Company announces that on 24 November 2003, it purchased for cancellation
12,500 ordinary shares of 10p each in the market at a price of 45.25p,
representing approximately 0.16% per cent of the Company's issued share capital,
and 2,500 warrants at a price of 15p. There remain 7,823,393 ordinary shares in
issue.
