Interim Dividend

 

The directors are pleased to announce the payment of an interim dividend for the year ending 31 December 2026 of 1.50 pence per ordinary share ("Interim Dividend").

 

The Interim Dividend will be paid on 22 June 2026 to those shareholders on the Company's register at the close of business on 22 May 2026. The ex-dividend date will be 21 May 2026.

 

The Company operates a dividend re-investment scheme ("DRIS").  The latest date for receipt of new or updated DRIS elections in respect of the Interim Dividend is the close of business on 8 June 2026.
