RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The British Land Company PLC (the "Company") held its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") at Ashurst LLP, London Fruit & Wool Exchange, 1 Duval Square, London, E1 6PW earlier today. All resolutions were voted on by way of a poll and were passed by shareholders. The results of the poll are set out below.

The total voting rights of the Company as at 6.30pm on 10 July 2026 (the time by which shareholders wanting to attend, speak and vote at the AGM were required to be entered on the register) was 1,024,931,587 ordinary shares of 25 pence each (excluding treasury shares).
