Director/PDMR Shareholding

The British Land Company PLC (the "Company") announces that it has been notified that on 11 December 2025, David Lockyer, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities of the Company, exercised an option to purchase 6,250 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company that were granted under the Company's SAYE Share Option Scheme on 7 July 2020. David subsequently sold 6,250 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company at a price of 379.53 pence per share.

This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
