On 21 October 2026, Burgundy Investments Holdings LP transferred all its shares in the Company to its partners pro rata to their existing holdings, including the Company's Group Chief Financial Officer Ruth Prior, pursuant to a distribution in specie.  This was a transfer of existing shares, with no new shares issued and no dilution of existing shareholders.
