Appointment of New Director

 

The Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Graeme Proudfoot as a non-executive Director with effect from 15 September 2026.

Mr Proudfoot has considerable asset management experience and expertise, having spent the majority of his executive career at Invesco, latterly as Managing Director, EMEA and Chief Executive Officer of Invesco Pensions. Prior to joining Invesco, Graeme began his career at Wilde Sapte Solicitors, practising as a corporate finance lawyer in London and New York. He previously served as a director of VPC Specialty Lending Investments plc.

Mr Proudfoot is Chairman and non-executive Director of BlackRock Income & Growth Investment Trust and a non-executive Director of The Schiehallion Fund.

The Company makes this announcement in accordance with UKLR 6.4.6. There are no other matters to be disclosed under UKLR 6.4.8.
