Litigation Update

Big Technologies plc (AIM: BIG), a leading provider of electronic monitoring solutions announces that mediated discussions between the Company and Sara Murray have ended.

The Company's preferred outcome for the SM Proceedings remains for a settlement, whether mediated or otherwise. However, in the absence of meaningful settlement discussions, the Company will continue to litigate the SM Proceedings. The Company will provide further updates as appropriate.
