NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF

DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ("PDMRs")

OR CONNECTED PERSONS ("PCA")

The Company was notified on 23 October 2026 that the following transactions (purchases of shares in the capital of the Company ("Shares")), which relate to the Company's Directors and PDMRs, and their PCAs, took place.

The purchases were made in line with the requirements of the Remuneration Policy to defer 25% of the annual bonus received by the Company's Directors into Shares to be held for three years.

Jason Honeyman purchased 5,658 ordinary 12.5p Shares, Simon Scougall purchased 3,141 ordinary 12.5p Shares and Shane Doherty purchased 2,947 ordinary 12.5p Shares, all in the capital of the Company. The Shares purchased by Jason Honeyman and Simon Scougall are held by their respective spouses, being PCAs.

The relevant notifications set out below are provided in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
