Change of Name

Further to its announcement on 4 March 2026, the Company is pleased to announce that it has changed its name to CT Healthcare Trust plc. The Company confirms that the name change took effect on 19 March 2026.

The change of name and the change in the Company's trading instrument display mnemonic (TIDM) to 'CTHT' will take effect on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market from 8.00 a.m. (GMT) on 25 March 2026.

In conjunction with the change of name, the Company's website address has changed to www.cthealthcaretrust.co.uk with immediate effect.

The Company's ISIN (GB00BZCNLL95), SEDOL (BZCNLL9) and LEI (213800HQ3J3H9YF2UI82) will remain unchanged.

Shareholder documents of title will be unaffected by the change of name and existing share certificates should be retained and remain valid. Any new share certificates issued will bear the new name, CT Healthcare Trust plc.
