Update on Accounts

ATOME (AIM: ATOM), provides an update on the publication of the delayed audited accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025 and the unaudited half year accounts to 30 June 2026.

On 16 September, the Company announced that it had expected the release of both the delayed audited accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025 and the unaudited half year accounts to 30 June 2026 by 30 September 2026. Whilst significant progress has been made in this regard, the Company now anticipates publishing both sets of accounts on Friday, 2 October 2026.

Accordingly, the shares of ATOME will continue to be suspended from trading on AIM pending the publication of the accounts.
