Villeta Project and Trading Update

ATOME (AIM: ATOM), provides an update further to the previous announcements regarding a new Power Purchase Agreement ("PPA") for the Villeta Project in Paraguay ("Villeta" or "Project").

In relation to the previously referred to Power Purchase Agreement issues a separate announcement will be made shortly.

In the meantime:

1)   The Company is in any event working towards release of both the delayed audited accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025 and the unaudited half year accounts to 30 June 2026 by 30 September 2026 whereupon it is anticipated that the shares of ATOME will cease to be suspended from trading. A further announcement will be made in due course.

2)   Further to the announcement on 20 August 2026 regarding the potential solar project, ATOME Power is continuing with certain preparatory work to be ready to start the feasibility studies subject to the PPA matter being resolved to the satisfaction of the Company. In this regard ATOME Power has now taken options to acquire over 4,000 hectares (9,880 acres) in the Villeta area, near ATOME's proposed 300MWp solar PV project.

3)   ATOME has now commenced pre-feasibility studies for a potential green fertiliser project in Brazil, mirroring and bringing over the partnerships, design and know-how developed at Villeta to date including with Casale S.A., ATOME's EPC partner. ATOME is advancing discussions in Brazil including with substantial Brazilian power companies with a view of utilising available and competitive renewable power in Brazil. As non-disclosure agreements have been signed only limited information can be released.

Brazil has already demonstrated robust institutional support for domestic and low-carbon fertiliser production, most recently through this month's enactment of the Profert law which provides producers with inter alia tax credits and financing support for the promotion of industry within the domestic agricultural sector.

Any such project will benefit from ATOME and Casale's expertise, technologies and track record in project development, including the ability to build upon the engineering work already developed for Villeta as well as leveraging relevant procurement strategies and project execution experience, reducing development time and costs for new projects. Whilst discussions are at an early stage and there is no guarantee that any Brazilian project will come to fruition, the Brazilian market presents a compelling and significant opportunity for ATOME and would in any event be complementary to the Villeta Project.

It is anticipated that further announcements in relation to the above will be made by the end of this month.
