Aston Martin Lagonda Global Holdings plc (the "Company") announces that it has today published its Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2025 (the "2025 Annual Report") and its Notice of Annual General Meeting 2026 (the "Notice of AGM 2026").

The 2025 Annual Report can be downloaded in interactive pdf format and ESEF compliant format from the Company's website at www.astonmartin.com/corporate/investors/annual-report and the Notice of AGM 2026 can be viewed at www.astonmartin.com/corporate/investors/shareholder-information.

Hard copy versions of the 2025 Annual Report and Notice of AGM 2026 have been dispatched to those shareholders who have elected to receive paper communications.

In accordance with Listing Rule 6.4.1, the 2025 Annual Report and Notice of AGM 2026 have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
