Appointment of Joint Broker

H&P Advisory Limited (Hannam & Partners) Appointed as Joint Broker and Research Provider

Arkle Resources PLC (LSE:ARK), the energy metals explorer focused on uranium, is pleased to announce the appointment of H&P Advisory Limited ("H&P" or "Hannam & Partners") as joint broker to the Company with immediate effect. First Equity Limited ("First Equity") continues in its existing role as joint broker to the Company and Strand Hanson Limited remains the Company's Nominated Adviser.

H&P is a London-based corporate advisory and broking firm with a long-established focus on the mining and natural resources sector. In addition to its broking role, H&P will provide research coverage of the Company, which will be available to all investors via H&P's website.

The Board believes that the appointment of H&P, alongside the continued support of First Equity, will broaden the Company's engagement with the institutional and professional investor community as Arkle advances its uranium exploration programme in the Erongo Region of Namibia and its wider portfolio of energy metals assets.

Rory Harding, Interim Chief Executive Officer, commented:

"We are pleased to welcome Hannam & Partners as joint broker. They are very well respected in natural resources broking and research, and their appointment, alongside the continued support of First Equity, comes at an important time as we accelerate our uranium exploration in Namibia. Broadening our reach across the institutional and professional investor community, supported by regular research, is a key part of telling the Arkle story to a wider audience."

About Arkle Resources

Arkle Resources PLC (AIM: ARK) is a multi-commodity exploration company focused on metals which are essential for the generation and storage of clean energy: uranium, lithium and zinc. Its projects are in tier-1 mining jurisdictions in Namibia, Botswana and Ireland, adjacent to world-class deposits.

Founded in 2004 by John Teeling and Jim Finn, the Company co-discovered the Stonepark zinc deposit in County Limerick, now Ireland's second largest undeveloped resource, in joint venture with Teck Ireland. Teck's interest was acquired by Group Eleven Resources (TSX-V: ZNG), who continue to advance the project alongside Arkle.

In January 2026, the Company announced a transformative deal to acquire Namibia Uranium Pty Ltd, which has introduced four highly prospective uranium licences contiguous to major producing and development assets in what is a world-class uranium jurisdiction. This acquisition, alongside the Company's existing licence portfolio and the introduction of new management, repositions Arkle to become a leading explorer in energy metals.
