Arkle Resources PLC
("Arkle" or the "Company")
Admission to Trading on the OTCID Basic Market in the United States
Arkle Resources PLC (AIM: ARK), the energy metals explorer focussed on uranium, is pleased to announce its Ordinary shares have been approved for cross-trading on the OTCID Basic Market ("OTCID") in the United States and commenced trading on OTCID on 30 July 2026 under the ticker symbol "UARKF".
OTCID is provided through OTC Markets Group Inc. ("OTC Markets"), located in New York. OTC Markets operates the world's largest electronic interdealer quotation system for US broker dealers. OTCID is a disclosure-based quotation market for companies that publish ongoing financial disclosure, provide management certifications and maintain a verified company profile, and is designed to provide enhanced visibility and liquidity for international companies seeking to broaden their US investor base.
The US represents one of the world's largest pools of capital and, driven by substantial direct US government support for the mining and critical minerals sector, both generalist and specialist US investors are increasingly looking at the natural resources industry. Arkle's Directors believe this has created a resurgence of interest in the mining sector, within which uranium, at the centre of energy security policy and the renewed build-out of nuclear power, is a commodity of particular strategic focus. Arkle has listed on OTCID to increase the Company's visibility, improve trading liquidity, support its planned marketing push with potential significant US investors, and make it easier for North American investors to access the Company's shares without requiring a primary US exchange listing.
OTCID is not a US stock exchange listing. The securities quoted under "UARKF" are the Company's existing Ordinary shares, cross-traded by US broker-dealers in US dollars during US market hours, and are the same shares, and fully fungible with those, traded on AIM. The "F" suffix in the ticker denotes a foreign ordinary share quotation. No new Ordinary shares were issued through this process and no American Depositary Receipts have been created. Cross-trading on OTCID will not impact trading of the Company's Ordinary shares on AIM, which will continue under the ticker symbol "ARK". The Company will continue to make all announcements and disclosures to the London Stock Exchange through the Regulatory News Service and is not subject to any Sarbanes-Oxley or US Securities and Exchange Commission reporting requirements.
Rory Harding, Chief Executive Officer, commented:
"OTCID provides Arkle with a cost-efficient shop window in the United States, where government support for mining and critical minerals is bringing new investors to the sector, with uranium a particular focus. US investors can now buy the Company's existing Ordinary shares in US dollars through their own brokers. We believe this will support our planned marketing push with potential significant US investors as we advance exploration in one of Africa's key uranium belts, in close proximity to some of the world's largest uranium producers."

About Arkle Resources
Arkle Resources PLC (AIM: ARK) is a multi-commodity exploration company focussed on metals which are essential for the generation and storage of clean energy: uranium, lithium and zinc. Its projects are in tier-1 mining jurisdictions in Namibia, Botswana and Ireland, adjacent to world-class deposits.
Founded in 2004 by John Teeling and Jim Finn, the Company co-discovered the Stonepark zinc deposit in County Limerick, now Ireland's second largest undeveloped resource, in joint venture with Teck Ireland. Teck's interest was acquired by Group Eleven Resources (TSX-V: ZNG), who continue to advance the project alongside Arkle.
In January 2026, the Company announced a transformative deal to acquire Namibia Uranium Pty Ltd, which has introduced four highly prospective uranium licences contiguous to major producing and development assets in what is a world-class uranium jurisdiction. This acquisition, alongside the Company's existing licence portfolio and the introduction of new management, repositions Arkle to become a leading explorer in energy metals.
