Issue of Convertible Loan Notes

 

Further to the Company's announcement of 17 August 2026, AIQ (LSE: AIQ) is pleased to announce that it will, today, be issuing further convertible loan notes of £625k to new noteholders under its convertible loan note instrument with China International Securities Ltd that was entered into on 3 July 2026 (the "New Loan Note Facility").

 

Following the issue of these convertible loan notes, the Company will have issued convertible loan notes totalling £1.875m under the New Loan Facility.
