The Company announces the following transactions by PDMRs on 18 August 2026 in the Company's ordinary shares of 8 1/6 pence each ("Shares"). The transactions involve:

1.   the exercise of Share options granted pursuant to the Quilter plc 2023 Sharesave Plan under a three-year savings contract at an option price of £0.69; and

2.   the sale of the resulting Shares.
