The presentation will include a short introduction from the Chair, Sarika Patel, followed by a detailed update from the Portfolio Manager, Thomas Moore. A live question-and-answer session will follow.

The Company is currently preparing a shareholder circular in relation to the proposed combination with Shires Income PLC, which was announced on 8 January 2026. It is not expected that the circular will have been published ahead of the webinar. The primary purpose of the webinar is to update investors on the Company's performance and the outlook for the portfolio ahead of the voting deadline for the Annual General Meeting, which will be held on 17 February 2026. With the event limited to one hour, we will endeavour to answer as many questions as possible. However, it may not be possible to address all questions during the session.
