Aminex announces that on 5 March 2026, Eclipse Investments LLC, a person closely associated with Sultan Al-Ghaithi, Non-executive Director, transferred its shareholding in the Company to ARA Offshore Investment Company Limited, also a person closely associated with Sultan Al-Ghaithi, pursuant to an intragroup reorganisation of The Zubair Corporation.
