1. The Company announcements that the following PDMR has been granted awards under the Restricted Share Plan (“RSP”) on 10 June 2026 as set out below:

RSP Awards are in the form of a nil-cost option, and no monetary consideration were paid for the RSP Awards. 2. The Company announces that on 11 June 2026 the Company was notified by Equiniti Share Plan Trustees Limited (the "Trustee"), as the Trustee of the easyJet plc Share Incentive Plan (the "Plan"), that on 10 June 2026 it had purchased ordinary shares of 27 2/7 pence each in the Company on behalf of the persons discharging managerial responsibility set out in the table below.
