Zytronic plc ('the Company') announces that it received notification yesterday
from AXA Investment Managers UK Limited, that AXA S.A. and its group companies
have a notifiable interest in 2,176,050 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the
Company, representing approximately 15.02% of the issued Ordinary Share capital.
These shares are represented by a beneficial interest of 10,000 shares
(approximately 0.07% of the issued Ordinary Share capital) and a non-beneficial
interest of 2,166,050 shares (approximately 14.95% of the issued Ordinary Share
capital).


The identity of each registered holder of the shares to which this notice
relates, so far as is known to AXA Investment Managers UK Limited, as at 31 May
2006, is as noted below.
