directors have increased their holdings in the ordinary 10p shares ('Shares') in
the Company:

The Shares were distributed to the above named directors as part of the
voluntary liquidation of a company in which they were shareholders, whereby the
underlying assets of the company, which included shares of VANE Minerals, were
distributed to its shareholders.
