Result of Annual General Meeting & Extraordinary General Meeting



The Board announces that at the Annual General Meeting ('AGM') and the
Extraordinary General Meeting ('EGM') held at the Royal Automobile Club, 89 Pall
Mall, London SW1Y 5HS at 12.00 noon and 12.15 pm respectively on Thursday 22
July 2004 all the resolutions were duly passed.
