Cambridge, UK, 10 March 2026 - Bango (AIM: BGO), announces that on 9 March 2026, Rachel Ellis, General Counsel & Company Secretary and PDMR, made a 'Bed and ISA' transfer of 4,000 Ordinary Shares from her share dealing account into her Share ISA.

Following these transfers, Ms Ellis' aggregate direct and indirect interest in Bango is 38,273 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.05% of the issued share capital.
