Interim Dividend


The Board announces the third interim dividend payment in respect of the year
ending 30 June 2008 of 1.00 pence per share.


The Board is confident that this level of dividend is stable given the security
of the income stream and the interest rate hedging in place. The dividend will
be kept under review in the light of future rental growth and cost saving
initiatives.


Ex-Dividend Date - 14 May 2008


Record Date - 16 May 2008


Payment Date - 30 May 2008


This is the eleventh dividend payment by the Company since its launch on 23 May
2005.
