("Everyman", the "Company" or the "Group")

Director/PDMR Shareholding

Everyman Media Group plc (AIM: EMAN), the independent, premium cinema group, has been notified by Charles Dorfman, Interim Creative Director and Executive Director of the Company, that L M Dorfman Children's Settlement, a person closely associated ("PCA") with Mr Dorfman, transferred 3,430,051 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to Mr Dorfman on 20 March 2026 for nil consideration.

Mr Dorfman's beneficial interest in the Ordinary Shares did not change as a result of the transfer detailed above, and remains at 5,870,027 Ordinary Shares, representing 6.4% of the company's issued share capital, of which no Ordinary Shares are now held by L M Dorfman Children's Settlement.

The information in this notification is disclosed in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
