Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Company received notification yesterday from Newton Investment Management
Limited, informing it they now have an interest in 2,706,608 shares
representing 16.46% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
Within this holding Newton Managed Funds Limited now has an interest in
789,687 shares, which represents 4.80% of the total shares in issue of
16,443,948.
