 DIRECTORATE CHANGE

Workspace Group PLC, the leading provider of flexible accommodation to small and
medium sized enterprises (SMEs) in London, today announces that as a result of organisational changes its Property Director, Patrick Marples has resigned as a director of the Company and will be leaving the Company today.

The Chairman, Tony Hales CBE, commented 'Patrick has been involved with the business since 1987 and was appointed as Property Director in November 1996.   On behalf of the Board I would like to thank Patrick for his significant contribution to Workspace during this period.'
