Workspace Group PLC 01 May 2007 WORKSPACE APPOINTS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR Workspace Group PLC, ('Workspace') the leading provider of flexible business accommodation to small and medium sized enterprises in London, today announces the appointment of Angus Boag as Development Director. Angus, aged 47, joins Workspace from the Manhattan Loft Corporation, where he has been a Director since 1993, and Managing Director from 2000 to date. He has wide experience in development project management. He is a Chartered Engineer and has a Masters degree in project management. With Manhattan loft Corporation he has developed over 2 million sq.ft of retail, office and residential space in central London. Harry Platt, Chief Executive of Workspace, commented, ' As London continues to thrive, the opportunities to pursue the improvement of a number of our estates in London for mixed use, higher density schemes, are increasing. There are significant opportunities for the Group to release added value from intensifying the use at many of our sites. He brings a wealth of experience and he has an extremely detailed knowledge of the London market, particularly in the niche areas of residential and mixed-use development.
