2015 Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Geneva, 27 July 2015: Wizz Air Holdings Plc ("Wizz Air" or the "Company"), the largest low-cost airline in Central and Eastern Europe, announces that it has today published its 2015 Annual Report and Notice of its Annual General Meeting of shareholders ("AGM" or "Meeting").

The documents listed below have been sent to shareholders and, as required under the UK Listing Rules, will be submitted to the UK Listing Authority for publication through the National Storage Mechanism where they will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm

The Company's AGM will be held at 11.00am (CET) on Tuesday 29 September 2015 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel 75-77 Avenue Louis Casai, 1216 Cointrin, Geneva, Switzerland. The voting results of all resolutions proposed at the Meeting will be announced immediately after the Meeting.
