Board Change

The Board of Wincanton, a leading provider of supply chain solutions in the UK & Ireland, is pleased to announce that Adrian Colman will join the Company as Group Finance Director and executive member of the Board on 7^th January 2013.

Adrian was formerly Finance Director with Psion plc, an international technology business, through to its acquisition by Motorola Solutions, Inc. in October 2012.  During his time at Psion, Adrian was responsible for delivering successful cost reduction and working capital improvement programmes as well as overseeing all external investor relations activities.

Prior to joining Psion, Adrian was Chief Financial Officer of London City Airport and before that Financial Controller and Head of Investor Relations at QinetiQ Group plc.
