Notification of transactions by Directors / PDMRs

The Company announces the following transactions in its Ordinary Shares ("Shares") by Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs"):

·    Awards of Shares were made under the Company's Bonus Share Plan ("BSP") at nil cost on 11 March 2026 to Directors / PDMRs as detailed below. A share price of £34.34, as approved by the Company's Remuneration Committee, has been used to determine the number of shares awarded. This share price has been calculated based on the average closing share price between 2 and 6 March 2026.

·    The Company was notified on 11 March 2026 of the exercise of options by two PDMRs under the Company's Sharesave Plan, a UK HM Revenue & Customs approved all-employee Save As You Earn ("SAYE") share option plan under which employees are able to save from their monthly salary funds to exercise options to purchase Shares at the end of a savings period at a fixed discounted option price.

Awards made under the BSP

Under the terms of the BSP, and subject to continued employment, one third of each Share award will be released in March 2028, and the remaining two thirds will be released in March 2029.

Awards under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan are expected to be granted in May 2026, subject to shareholder approval of the 2026 Director's Remuneration policy at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 29 April 2026.
