that, as at 27 September 2006, Schroder Investment Management Ltd and their
fellow subsidiary Schroder Investment Management North America Limited (SIMNA
Ltd) hold an interest in 15,275,626 ordinary shares in the Company. This
represents 9.975% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
