Transfer of Treasury Shares
10 April 2013

The Weir Group PLC ("the Company") announces that on 10 April 2013, 177,898 ordinary shares of 12.5p each held as treasury shares were transferred to participants to satisfy awards granted in 2010 under the Group Long Term Incentive Plan.

Following the above transfer, the Company now holds 783,356 ordinary shares in treasury and has 213,070,950 ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares).
