The Board of The Weir Group PLC announces that Kevin Gamble, an executive
director of the company, has resigned from the Board with immediate effect.
The resignation coincides with the introduction of a new senior operational
structure and it has been agreed that this is an appropriate time for Mr
Gamble to seek other career opportunities.
