VOLVERE PLC (the 'Company')

GRANT OF NEW OPTIONS

On 13 April 2004 the Board of Volvere plc granted options over 31,000 ordinary
shares to David Buchler, a Non-executive Director of the Company. These options
will be exercisable at a price of £1.875 per share and vest as follows:

8 December 2004 10,334 options
8 December 2005 10,334 options
8 December 2006 10,332 options

The option period is 10 years from 13 April 2004.
