The Company announces that it was informed on 14 November 2005 that Jonathan
Lander transferred 16,000 ordinary shares of GBP 0.0000001 each in the Company
to his pension fund at Barclayshare Nominees Ltd. at a price of £1.852 per share
on 14 November 2005. Mr. Lander's beneficial interest in the Company has not
changed.
