The Company announces it has been advised that the entire shareholding of
250,000 Ordinary Shares of £0.0000001 each held by Brewin Nominees (Channel
Islands) Limited ('Brewin'), representing 4.49% of the issued ordinary share
capital of the Company, has been transferred to Chiltern Trust Company Limited
('Chiltern').  Both Chiltern and Brewin are acting as nominees for the Trustees
of a trust called the Ashley Grandchildren's 2003 Settlement ('the Settlement').
Neil Ashley, a director of the Company, is a Trustee of the Settlement.

In addition, the Settlement's beneficial holdings of 1,250 A Shares of
£0.49999995 each and 1,250 B Shares of £0.49999995 have been transferred to
Vistra Trust Company (Jersey) Limited, as a nominee for the Trustees of the
Settlement.  Neither of these classes of share capital is traded on AIM.
