The results of this scenario are as follows:

The 'Correction Code' field of the 5NC message will be populated with the value 'R'
The 'Previous RNS Number' field of the 5NC message will be populated with the value '0009A'
The NewsML content of the announcement will be appropriately formed for an announcement that has a previous revision, as specified in the Vendor Technical Specification
